You can cancel at any time. Choose the instructions below based on your subscription platform.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancelling, you will usually retain access until the end of the current billing period. The cancellation process must be completed on the platform where you originally subscribed.
Canceling a web subscription
- Sign in at heynori.com.
- Go to Account → Subscription.
- Click Manage Subscription → Cancel subscription.
- Follow the instructions to confirm.
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account will move to the free or limited version, according to Nori’s current offering.
Note: Deleting your account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a web subscription. You must cancel it from the Billing / Subscription page.
Canceling an iOS subscription (Apple App Store)
- On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings.
- Tap your name → Subscriptions.
- Tap Nori.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Apple will show you the final date of access. Nori cannot change or override Apple’s cancellation timing.
Canceling an Android subscription (Google Play)
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Tap Nori.
- Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.
Google Play will show you the final date of access. Nori cannot change or override Google Play’s cancellation timing.
