This article explains how to view, change, or cancel your Nori subscription on: Web, IOS, Android.
Your subscription is always managed on the same platform where you originally started it. If you subscribed on iOS, you manage it via Apple; if you subscribed on Android, you manage it via Google Play; if you subscribed on the web, you manage it on heynori.com.
Identify where you subscribed
Your Nori subscription will be billed through one of the following:
| How you subscribed | Where you manage it |
|---|---|
| On the Nori website (heynori.com) | Nori web account (Subscription) |
| In the iOS app on iPhone/iPad | Apple App Store (Apple ID Subscriptions) |
| In the Android app via Google Play | Google Play Store (Subscriptions) |
You cannot cancel or change a subscription purchased on one platform from another platform. For example, a subscription started in the iOS app must be managed via your Apple ID, not on the Nori website or Android.
If you are unsure where you subscribed, see How to check where you subscribed.
How to check where you subscribed
If you do not remember which platform you used to subscribe, you can check the following:
Check your email receipts
- Email from Nori → Welcome to Nori Plus → Platform
Check your bank or card statement
- Charges labeled APPLE.COM/BILL → iOS (Apple)
- Charges labeled GOOGLE…* → Android (Google Play)
- Charges labeled with Nori or your payment processor → Web (heynori.com)
Check inside your Nori account
- Log in to heynori.com.
- Go to Account → Subscription.
You may see one of the following:
- Plan details shown directly → Your subscription is managed on the web.
Switching billing platforms (e.g., Apple → Web)
At this time, subscriptions cannot be automatically transferred between platforms.
If you want to move your subscription from one platform to another (for example, from iOS to web):
- Cancel the existing subscription on the platform where it was originally purchased (Apple, Google Play, or web).
- Use Nori with your current access until the end of the paid period.
- After the subscription expires, purchase a new subscription on your preferred platform (web, iOS, or Android).
Your Nori account and data remain associated with your login; switching billing platforms affects how you pay, not your basic account identity.
