How you update your payment method depends on where you subscribed.
Web subscriptions (heynori.com)
- Sign in at heynori.com.
- Go to Account →Subscription.
- Click Update payment method or Edit payment details.
- Enter your new card or payment information.
- Save your changes.
Future renewals will use the updated payment method.
iOS subscriptions (Apple App Store)
For subscriptions billed through Apple, payment methods are managed in your Apple ID, not in Nori.
To update:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name → Payment & Shipping.
- Add, remove, or update your payment methods.
Apple will use your Apple ID payment method for Nori and other App Store subscriptions. Changes made here apply to all App Store billing, not just Nori.
Android subscriptions (Google Play)
For subscriptions billed through Google Play, payment methods are managed via your Google account.
To update:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Payment methods.
- Add, remove, or update your payment methods.
Google Play will use these payment methods for Nori and other Google Play subscriptions.
