Learn how taxes are applied to your subscription and how to access your invoices.
Taxes
Depending on your country, state, or region, your Nori subscription may be subject to:
- VAT (Value-Added Tax)
- Sales tax
- Other local digital services taxes
Key points:
- Any applicable taxes are typically calculated based on your billing address or store region (Apple/Google region).
- The total amount, including tax, is normally shown at checkout or on the payment confirmation screen.
- For iOS and Android subscriptions, tax handling follows Apple or Google Play rules and may differ by region.
Invoices and receipts – web subscriptions
If you subscribed on heynori.com:
- Sign in at heynori.com.
- Go to Account → Billing / Subscription (or Billing History / Invoices, if available).
- You can view past charges, download invoices or receipts as PDF (if supported), see tax amounts applied to each invoice.
If you need additional information on your invoice (such as a company name or tax ID), check whether your account settings allow you to add billing details before the next renewal. Some changes may only apply to future invoices.
Invoices and receipts – iOS (Apple App Store)
For subscriptions billed by Apple, Apple sends email receipts to the email address associated with your Apple ID, and you can view your purchase history in your Apple account.To see past receipts:
- On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Media & Purchases → View Account.
- Tap Purchase History and locate the Nori transactions.
All invoicing details, including taxes, come from Apple’s systems and follow Apple’s policies.
Invoices and receipts – Android (Google Play)
For subscriptions billed by Google Play, Google emails a receipt to the email address linked to your Google account, and you can view your purchase history in Google Play. To see past receipts:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find the Nori transactions and view details.
All invoicing details, including taxes, come from Google’s systems and follow Google Play’s policies.
