Refunds are handled by the platform where your subscription was purchased. This page explains how refunds work for web, iOS, and Android subscriptions, and where to request them.
Refunds are handled by the billing provider that charged you:
- Web subscriptions: processed by Nori / our payment processor
- iOS subscriptions: processed by Apple
- Android subscriptions: processed by Google Play
Web subscription refunds
For subscriptions purchased on heynori.com:
- Eligibility for refunds depends on Nori’s current refund policy, local law, and the specifics of your case (for example, billing errors or technical issues).
- If you believe you were charged in error or have a problem with your web subscription, please contact Nori Support with:
- The email address used for your Nori account
- The date and amount of the charge
- Any relevant screenshots or receipts
The support team will review your request based on the then-current policy and applicable regulations.
iOS subscription refunds (Apple App Store)
For subscriptions billed by Apple:
- Apple controls all charges and refunds. Nori cannot issue or reverse App Store charges directly.
- To request a refund from Apple:
- Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
- Find the Nori purchase.
- Select Report a Problem and follow the instructions.
Approval and timing of refunds are at Apple’s discretion and follow Apple’s policies.
Android subscription refunds (Google Play)
For subscriptions billed by Google Play:
- Google controls all charges and refunds. Nori cannot issue or reverse Google Play charges directly.
- To request a refund:
- Open Google Play Store → Profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history.
- Find the Nori transaction.
- Select it and follow the instructions to Request a refund, if available.
