Deleting your account & personal data

This guide explains what happens when you delete your Nori account, how to remove your personal data, and what to consider before taking this action.
 

What happens when you delete your account

Deleting your Nori account is permanent. Once completed:

  • Your personal profile and login access are removed

  • Your personal data is deleted or anonymized (as required by law)

  • You lose access to your Family Space and all shared content

  • Any items you created (tasks, events, lists) may remain visible to others in anonymized form

This action cannot be undone.

 

How to delete your account

Open the left sidebar and click the "Settings" button.
Click the "Delete" button next to Delete Account.
Double check and click the "Delete" button.

 

If your account has an active subscription

If you delete your Nori account, your subscription will be canceled automatically as part of the deletion process. You will not be able to access your subscription after the deletion is complete, and no future charges will be made.

There is no need to cancel separately through the App Store, Google Play, or the web. The cancellation is handled for you when the account is removed.
